Menu Monday

I’ve always been terrible at menu planning and coordinating that with our schedules, but I’ve even worse now.  So the only thing I’m able to manage is posting our meals after the fact for Menu Monday.

March 10 – 16, 2014

Monday:
Lunch:  Chili
Dinner:  Leftover pizza (there was a lot of pizza!)

Tuesday:
Lunch: Leftover pizza
Dinner:  I’m not sure I ate…I probably had something, but not sure what.  I had volleyball and didn’t get anything to eat at Yogis afterwards for some reason, and I don’t know what I would have eaten once I was home.  I would guess it’s the same thing that I forgot I ate the next day too.

Wednesday:
Lunch:  I always forget at least one meal, and this is one of them.
Dinner: Homemade GF Crab cakes and veggies
crab cakes

Thursday:
Lunch: Lunch with a co-worker
Dinner: Crab cakes and veggies

Friday:
Lunch: Chili
Dinner: Yabos!  Chicken, rice, and bean bowl for me.

Saturday:
Lunch: Hamburger helper for Lo, Gf Mac and cheese with ground beef for me
Dinner: Chick-fil-a

Sunday:
Lunch: I think I had chips and salsa.  I had 2 eggs earlier, so those count I guess
Dinner: Gf Mac and cheese with ground beef (not until 10 pm – just got busy)
