Weekly Workout: Feb. 23 – Mar. 1

I was so looking forward to a hard workout week, but I failed.  I had to flex out a 1/2 hour of my lunch on Tuesday to go to a focus group after work.  It paid $115, so it was worth giving up a 1/2

My workouts were definitely cut short this week with a bout of the 12 hour flu Wednesday night/Thursday.  Being sick on Thursday meant no spinning or other workout at lunch, and no yoga after work.  Oh well….I’m just grateful that it was such a short
